The Amaravati Growth and Infrastructure Corporation Limited (AGICL) has invited bids for the appointment of a Project Management Consultant (PMC) to oversee the next phase of construction of the Andhra Pradesh State Integrated Secretariat and Heads of Departments (HoD) office complex in Amaravati. Designed by Foster + Partners (UK) in association with Genesis Planners Pvt. Ltd., the project comprises the 49-storey GAD Tower, four 39-storey HoD towers, amenity blocks, podiums and extensive basement infrastructure spread across a 32-acre site.
