On Monday, the Annapolis Police Department (APD) obtained reports from locals that a suspected Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) “vehicle was seen in the APD parking lot just before noon,” the agency posted to their Facebook page. APD checked their cameras and verified that the “suspected ICE vehicle” entered their parking lot and was followed by a second vehicle. The Homeland Security Department (DHS) reportedly placed Annapolis on a list of “sanctuary jurisdictions” in March 2025, WBAL reported.
