Two Minnesota residents have been arrested for allegedly defrauding Medicaid of over $21 million. Shamso Ahmed Hassan and Hanaan Mursal Yusuf are accused of submitting false claims through their autism care centers over a four-year period. The investigation was led by the FBI with assistance from Homeland Security Investigations.
