Four from MIT named 2026 Searle Scholars
MIT scientists Sven Dorkenwald and Whitney Henry have been awarded the 2026 Searle Scholars honor for their innovative research in neuroscience and cell biology. Along with two MIT alumni, they are recognized for their contributions to high-risk/high-reward scientific endeavors. Each scholar will receive $450,000 in funding to support their research over the next three years.
