Google Antigravity 1.0 to 2.0/IDE Quick Migration Guide
Google has released Antigravity 2.0, which introduces significant changes from version 1.0. Users are advised to back up their data before upgrading, as many customizations will not carry over. The new version is designed for agent orchestration, while the Antigravity IDE remains available for traditional coding tasks.
- ▪Antigravity 2.0 is a major update that no longer relies on Microsoft's VS Code.
- ▪Users must back up their data before upgrading to avoid losing past work and customizations.
- ▪The Antigravity IDE continues to be supported and can coexist with the new version.
