José María Osca, profesor de la Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Agronómica y del Medio Natural y director del Departamento de Producción Vegetal de la Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), ha sido galardonado por la Sociedad Española de Malherbología (SEMh) por su 'Guía para el reconocimiento de plántulas de malas hierbas'. La SEMh premia las mejores publicaciones o trabajos sobre malherbología -ciencia que estudia las malas hierbas- presentadas a lo largo del año. Y lo hace en dos modalidades: la primera de ellas dirigida a estudiantes y la segunda a investigadores y profesionales. Y este año ha premiado el libro elaborado por Osca y editado por la UPV.
