The ChatGPT Desktop App for Linux has been tested/validated on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, Ubuntu 26.04 LTS, Debian 13, and Fedora 43/44. There are both x64 and ARM64 RPM and Debian packages available for this closed-source Linux app. OpenAI announced today's Linux app preview on X and can be downloaded for those interested from OpenAI.com.
