In line with the austerity measures and energy conservation initiatives advocated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Puducherry government has come out with a public advisory aimed at conserving energy.A release from the Office of the District Collector cum District Magistrate said the Chief Secretary held a video conference with all Secretaries on May 20 to discuss measures to be adopted for efficient utilisation of energy in government offices and public places.
