Spotify has introduced verified podcast badges to ensure listeners are hearing from authentic hosts rather than AI clones. The badges will be marked with a light green checkmark and will appear on show pages and in search results. Initially, the feature will be rolled out to select shows, with plans for broader implementation in the future.
