Square Enix restarted development on Dragon Quest 12 and gave it a new name
Square Enix has restarted development on Dragon Quest XII, now titled Dragon Quest XII: Beyond Dreams. The decision to reboot the project was made after encountering hurdles with the original version, which was announced five years ago. The game will follow a young adventurer experiencing strange visions, and while development is progressing, fans should not expect an imminent release.
