Umbragroup, an Umbria-based international leader in motion solutions for the aerospace and defence markets, has signed an agreement to acquire a controlling majority stake in General Defence, which is one of Italy's most innovative companies in the unmanned aerial systems and integrated defence solutions sectors. "The acquisition of General Defence is a further step forward in Umbragroup's long-term strategic plan," said CEO Matteo Notarangelo.
