Vodafone has completed a £4.3 billion acquisition of the remaining 49 percent of VodafoneThree, giving it full ownership of the UK’s largest mobile operator. The purchase was funded from existing Vodafone Group cash resources and is intended to accelerate network expansion and deliver better connectivity for customers. Vodafone expects the deal to generate around £700 million of annual cost and capital‑expenditure synergies by the end of its 2030 financial year.
