Wegen der verheerenden Waldbrände im Südwesten Frankreichs haben die Organisatoren der Tour (alle Infos hier) kurzfristig den Streckenverlauf angepasst. Hintergrund ist eine Entscheidung des französischen Innenministeriums: Sicherheitskräfte sollen von der Rundfahrt abgezogen werden, um die Einsatzkräfte in den betroffenen Brandgebieten zu unterstützen.
