Chaotic Eclipse has revealed a new zero-day vulnerability affecting Windows 11, named MiniPlasma, which remains unpatched despite previous reports. This vulnerability allows threat actors to escalate privileges and gain SYSTEM access on fully patched devices. The researcher has disclosed a total of six vulnerabilities, raising concerns about Microsoft's handling of bug reports.
